Write a note
Important note
Writing must be selected as the default input mode.
- Tap
> Programs > Notes.
- Tap New.
- Write your text on the screen.
- When finished, tap OK to return to the note list.
Notes
To select handwritten text, tap and hold next to the writing. As soon as dots appear and before they form a complete circle, quickly drag across the writing.
If a letter crosses three ruled lines, it is treated as a drawing rather than as text.

Create a voice note
- To add a voice note to a text note you are writing, press and hold the microphone button and speak into the phone. A speaker icon will be added to the note.
- To insert the date for the voice portion of the note, tap and hold the speaker icon. Then tap Insert Date.
- To listen to the voice portion of the note, tap the speaker icon.
- To create a new recording from any other screen:
- Press and hold the microphone button and speak into the phone. The note will appear as a recording in All Folders.
- To listen to the note, tap it.
- To rename or move the note, tap and hold the note. Then tap Rename/Move.
