Search for files and other items stored on your device in the My Documents folder or on a storage card. You can search by file name or by words located in the item. For example, you can search for words within notes, appointments, contacts, and tasks.
If you have looked for this item before, tap the Search for arrow and select the item from the list.
The My Documents folder and subfolders are searched.

When two or more words are entered in the Search for field, the results list is limited to files and items that contain both (or all) the specified search terms.
The storage card symbol is displayed next to the names of files saved on a storage card.
To free memory on your device, try the following:
A shortcut menu appears when you tap and hold an item, such as a task, contact, or message. The menu displays the most common commands for the specific item. For example, you can delete an appointment or send a text message to a contact by using commands on a shortcut menu.
To use a shortcut menu, tap and hold the item you want to act on. When the menu appears, tap the action you want to perform. To close the menu without performing an action, tap anywhere outside the menu.
The Input Panel, which is available when text entry is possible, provides access to the various input methods available on your device.
By default, the Input Panel appears as on the menu bar. The icon indicates which input method is currently selected. The Input Selector arrow opens a list of available input methods.

To show or hide the Input Panel, tap the Input Panel icon on the menu bar.

You do not need to exit a program to open another or to conserve memory. The system manages memory automatically.
