Overview of Comm Manager
Comm Manager acts like a central switcher that lets you enable or disable phone features as well as manage your data connections easily.

Launch Comm Manager
To launch Comm Manager, do any of the following:
- Tap
at the bottom right corner of the Today screen.
- Tap
> Settings > Connections tab > Comm Manager.
- Press the Comm Manager button on your device.
To quit Comm Manager, tap Exit.

Use Comm Manager
On the Comm Manager screen, simply tap the corresponding button to enable or disable a feature. When you enable a feature, its button gets highlighted. The button appears gray when the corresponding feature is disabled.
- Tap Phone to enable or disable Phone application on your device.
- Tap Bluetooth to toggle between turning on or off Bluetooth. Tap Settings > Bluetooth Settings to configure Bluetooth on your device.
- Tap Microsoft DirectPush to toggle between automatically receiving (as items arrive) or manually retrieving Outlook e-mails.
- Tap Data Connection to disconnect active data services (e.g. GPRS). You cannot reconnect data services in Comm Manager.
- Tap Ringer/Vibrate to toggle between turning on the phone's ringer or setting the phone to vibration/mute mode.
- Tap ActiveSync to synchronize the device and computer via ActiveSync.
Notes

- The available buttons in the Comm Manager will depend on the type of device you have.
