Some have lost SmartDial w/ recent Rom Update.
Installing Ver2.2 - Smart_Dial_V2[1][1].2.cab restores it.

Also, you may want an Eten Dialer Skin.
SmartDial+EtenO2ENG_2.0.cab gives you that.
