I could not get anyones OEM of IDTransfer to work the way the stock one did so I made my own.
This is my first OEM release cuz most of the ones I use are retail Programs that need keys.

!!!!DO NOT RENAME !!!!!! IT IS NAMED vv_IDTransfer FOR A REASON!!!!

-=Changes=-

1) Created Audio.lnk and corrected placement into Start Menu so it can be launched with M$VC the way its supposed to be.
2) OEM now correctly copies Silent.wav to the windows/rings so people who only want to hear the C.I.D. announcent can choose this as their ringer.
3) All .lnk files get coppied to the correct places so program doesnt lock up if you dont hit the "hide"button fast enough.
